1. What equipment is needed for each player?
Each player should come to practice and games prepared to play. Shin guards are mandatory for all players. They should also bring a ball, a water bottle and dress for the weather.
2. How do I find information of Picture Day?
Our website will contain all the information needed for picture day. The schedule for picture day will be posted shortly after game schedules are posted each season. Picture Day will occur Rain or Shine. Olson Photography is our official Picture Day Photographer and will work with parents and coaches to reschedule due to any conflicts.
3. What color is Home?
Red is Home and White is Away.
4. What does U (as in U6) mean?
U stands for Under. Players are placed by their age as of August 1 so U6 means that the player is Under 6 (or 5 years old) as of August 1 of that year.
5. What are the All-Stars?
There is an opportunity for players to compete for the chance to represent Loudoun Soccer in a tournament at the end of each season. This tournament is known as the All-Star Tournament. We have recently switched from the Sterling tournament, which took place the weekend after Thanksgiving, to the Herndon tournament which takes place the weekend before Thanksgiving.
6. How do I find out about my child's placement?
It's so easy to do. Go to the Registration link on the left side. Instructions on how to find the information are on that page. Please read carefully as all of the information is provided as to how to log on including what to do if you don't remember your password.
7. Do we have to buy trophies?
No, Loudoun Soccer gives all recreational players an end of the season award.
