The Loudoun Soccer Board of Directors meets on the second Monday of every month at the Loudoun Soccer office in Leesburg, except when holidays or other circumstances require a meeting to be rescheduled.  The meetings starts at 8:00 PM during the season. (Offseason meetings begins at 7:30pm.)We end around 10:00 PM.  Any Loudoun Soccer member who wishes to address the board or present a proposal should submit a request to info@loudounsoccer.com at least one week in advance to be added to the agenda.
