Ø      The Home team coach should call the visiting team coach by Wednesday before the game to verify team colors and make sure the visiting team knows how to find the field.  It is also a good idea to exchange cell phone numbers in case there is a late change or cancellation and one coach needs to quickly get in touch with the other coach.

Ø      Prior to kick-off, exchange team rosters with the opposing coach.  Check the birth dates of the players on the opposing team to make sure all are within the age limit. 

Ø      Ask to see SFL waiver documentation for any over-age players.  If the coach does not have the proper documentation, those players must go to the spectator sideline and not play, or you can request that the team forfeit the game.
