If you are already signed up for your ICI discount account, your account number can be found under "My CSP space > Your Membership Info (at the very bottom)" If you are not signed up fill out the registration form and fax to CSP Corporate Office 905-984-6142.
Note* ICI welcome package distribution is delayed due to their launch of 2007 colours; the fan-decks are expected to be in their warehouse by March 2007. In the meantime, you may still register for your ICI identification number, our Staging Safe Colour Palette is in all of the stores computer systems and you can use your identification number as they are activated in all stores. The ICI store manager may not know because not everyone reads company mail BUT all you have to say is we have a National Account and they will pull our account up – under CANADIAN STAGING PROFESSIONALS.
Under "Your Membership Info" page you will see the ICI store, and contact that has been assigned to you. Introduce yourself to them – he/she will be the person, who will work with you, for home shows etc. They will have the contacts for painters and contractors. Using the color chart above you could still go into a local Color Your World/Glidden store and ask for a 2006 fan-deck – they may still have some left. You could use a CSP sticker on the colors which are Staging Safe. The discount is applicable on all your client purchases – more than 30% in some cases.- and it accrues rebates for you. The only thing you are waiting for is the Staging Safe Colour fan deck – the custom prep house who is preparing this for us – ran into several challenges which has resulted in the delay. This in no way delays or ruins the roll out. You can make it work. Please remember the national accounts are an extra benefit to being a CSP Member, NO other staging training company offers after market support and services like we do. To make it all work effectively for you, you will need to see it as a positive and use it to support the reason YOU should be hired over someone else to bring additional benefits to the table
To our USA grads: At the moment the agreement is with the Canadian ICI Paint stores. We are working towards a USA and Global national account. You can still go to the ICI stores – get the fan deck, use the above chart – ask for a trade discount number which will probably provide you with 20% - keep a track of your sales and send then to me quarterly – when I sign the agreement I will ask for retro support for the rebate – no guarantees but if I can show the volume I am sure it will go a long way.
We have exciting irons in the fire both in the USA & Canada - once they are signed we will let you know about them – roll out is often at the mercy of the company we work with and that is what takes time, however it in no way diminishes the benefit to you and the added value you bring to your clients

Use of CSP™ National Accounts
All promotional emails, flyers or other materials developed to promote any national account which uses their name or corporate identity must be pre-approved before launch. As I am sure you are aware, any material with a corporate identity must go through many hands for approval. We followed this process for the Room Ready Handbook, the welcome package, on the website or any other material in which we used any national account name, logo or represented our agreement with them. As the contract holder with these national accounts, CSP has to ensure they are represented as intended and that ethical business practices will be employed in their use. Your CSP discounts and national account numbers are to be used to provide marketing leverage for your staging services in your local area. You need to show a consciousness of business ethics toward your fellow CSP consultants. Your CSP preferred pricing is designed to help all CSPs get clients, not to give one CSP advantage over another CSP. Use it as was intended, e.g. “Hire me as your stager and receive my CSP preferred discounts with ICI”. We want to continue to expand our portfolio of national accounts and to do so need to have a track record with our existing vendors of appropriate and ethical use of the programs.
